The Australian Finger Lime is often referred to as "Citrus Caviar" because of its juice pearls. Its a beautiful flowering citrus variety, that has an exotic looking tree structure and fruit shape. This variety is not easy to come by.

Tree is grafted, using the original method of grafting that is used in every citrus orchard for maximum yield.
 
Rootstock:Smooth Flat Seville seed "sour orange"
 
Height: 12 - 15 inches tall
 
Fruit Production: Can produce fruit first year if taken care properly. We recommend to remove fruit the first year to let tree grow.
 
Climate Control: Needs to be protected from strong winds and temperatures under 40 degrees F.
